Position Summary
As a Loop Demand Gen Telephone Customer Relations Specialist, your role includes telephone interaction with business people in a variety of marketing functions for our clients. You will be performing over the phone marketing research, marketing surveys, needs identification with leads, lead generation and prospecting, and other consultative sales and service activities that complete the new business marketing cycle.
A successful Customer Relations Specialist will
possess the following attributes:
actionable solutions for customers.
from one project to another seamlessly.
Qualifications:
in sales, customer service and or marketing,
preferably working over the phone.
dependability and responsibility.
outstanding phone etiquette and grammar.
and the Internet.
Qualifications:
Monday-Friday. No nights or weekends.
